gnome-mdi warnings in notebook mode

Hi,

I'm trying get a gnome-mdi app running cleanly, and I'm having a
few problems.  First off, I get this error whenever I start up
the app in notebook mode, but everything seems to work fine:

Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtkwidget.c: line 1592 (gtk_widget_map):
assertion
`GTK_WIDGET_VISIBLE (widget) == TRUE' failed.    

The error does not appear when starting up in toplevel or modal
mode.  Any ideas?  Should I upgrade gnome-libs?  I'm currently
running CVS, version 1.0.10.  It's a pretty simple app; I'm just
using GnomeMDIGenericChild and a single view-creation callback.
