There was a thread about general specs for WM HINTS on kde-devel recently. It
would be great if GNOME and KDE could agree on a WM HINTS standard. :-)
You perhaps want to contact Matthias Ettrich (ettrich@kde.org), the author and
maintainer of kwm.
