ORBit 0.4.0 build fails

I was getting an error trying to compile ORBit 0.4.0:

make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

I then went to src/daemons/interface_repository/ and did "make
interface_repository.h" which worked, then copied that file to src/orb/
This seems to have worked.  I don't know what is required to really fix
this though.
