Never mind.  I finally figured out what "Filled in by gnome_app_create*"
meant.  It would be REALLY nice if there was an example demonstrating
how to do this.  Also some documentation to the actual type of widget
inserted into the GnomeUIInfo::widget would be nice so that I don't have
to do so much poking around.
