Where to contact for jp.gnome.org?

Hello guys,

We are now preparing the GNOME site for Japanese people, so we would
like to get jp.gnome.org. We've already posted the mail about it to
webmaster@gnome.org and Federico but there is no reply till now.

Would you please tell us where we should contact to do that?
