Re: cvs access



Currently, there are no access restrictions on the CVS server -- if you
have an account, you can modify any module.  That isn't to say you will
keep your account if you modify any module without asking :)

It is generally a good idea to ask the maintainer of a module before
making changes to a module you are not responsible for/working on, so you
can get some idea of what is expected (changelog messages, sending patches
to the maintainer for approval, etc).
