configuration problems

I have problems runing make of the libgtop pack. My box is a slackware 7.1. I have an ISDN-adapter, but I don't use it with linux. Have no idea why this stupied message:

I have tried to reinstal everything that has to do somethin with isdn ... i installed the adapter too and it's funktional. ( actualy only the hardwear yet, not ipppd )
Can someone help me, pls ?
