[gnome-db] libgda was forked to gitlab.gnome.org

Dear friends, I have no writing access to the original GNOME repo[1]
but I forked the repo to gitlab.gnome.org [2]. There are some bugs were
fixed. I will push them to the new repo. Feel free to join!
