You can create a patch and attach it to a bug report. We can review and eventually push upstream once approved.

I wasn't able to find information about the creation of the GdaTime object to write into a DB. I think it would be useful to have one. I would like to contribute and write a set of methods to manage GdaTime. For example,  gda_time_new(). Please, let me know what you think about this. I don't want to start without a good vision of the scope.
