Should be at -bin package, may is a bug in package. Check with synaptic provided files per package, mainly at bin one.
I'm running xubuntu 15.10 and have installed all the things I can see
that seem relevant to libgda but I don't seem to have the GdaBrowser.
How do I get GdaBrowser on my system?
What I have installed is:-
chris esprimo$ dpkg -l | grep libgda-5
ii libgda-5.0-4 5.2.4-1
amd64 data abstraction library based on GLib
ii libgda-5.0-common 5.2.4-1
all data abstraction library based on GLib -- common files
ii libgda-5.0-postgres 5.2.4-1
amd64 PostgreSQL provider for libgda database abstraction library
ii libgda-5.0-bin 5.2.4-1
amd64 data abstraction library based on GLib -- binary files
ii libgda-5.0-doc 5.2.4-1
all data abstraction library based on GLib -- documentation files
