That file is part of Vala Extensions, added to be released with 5.2.

Please review your repo.

I can't make the 5.0 branch compile, I get:
config.status: error: cannot find input file: `libgda/data/libgdadata-5.0.pc.in

when running the configure script.

Do you have that file in your repo?
