This symbol has been removed from the list of exported symbols in commit #41073e9cae210569eff0b025718b67b4d4deea4a (see
http://git.gnome.org/browse/libgda/diff/libgda/libgda.symbols?id=41073e9cae210569eff0b025718b67b4d4deea4a).
To correct the problem with the version you have, simply remove the line containing the "gda_transaction_status_dump" from the libgda.symbols file.
