[gnome-db] Libgda 4.0.9

I'm pleased to announce version 4.0.9 of Libgda, which is a
maintenance release of the 4.0 serie.

Updating to this version is recommended since bugs and memory leaks
have been corrected and it now features improved GObject
introspection.

Short description:
------------------------
Libgda is a (relatively small) database access library:
* a wrapper like ODBC but with more features to access several database engines
* a general data model to use CSV or XML files
* a meta data extractor (to know all about database objects in a comman way)
* comes with an SQL console application (like mysql, psql or sqlite3 consoles)
* relies on GLib, coded in C, its API is easy to use

Changes from 4.0.8
---------------------------
 - Better GObject introspection support through annotations and better build
 - Corrected memory leak in SQLite provider
 - String escape and unescape corrections in SQLite provider
 - Correctly handle floats in MySQL provider
 - Correctly handle binary relocation on MacOSX
 - Corrections in the Gda-Sql tool regarding username and password
 - Misc. corrections: connection locking issues, honor the
GDA_EASY_CREATE_TABLE_UNIQUE_FLAG
   flag, some optimizations
