i didn't try but it seems that the patch for gda-oracle-recordset.c is missing

and on oracle.m4 oracle_libext must be ".a"

This setup seems complicated to me. Here are the files I use (I do some cross compilation fro Linux), attached. 

It's all put under /local/Win32/oracle and I use the configure script as:

./configure ... --with-oracle=/local/Win32/oracle

As for the gda-oracle-recordset.c, it seems it's required because you compile from Windows... I'll correct it ASAP.
