[gnome-db] libgda4 build error if sqlite3 installed

If the sqlite3 (3.6.4) port is installed, the libgda4 port
(libgda-3.99.5) tries to use it rather than the sqlite embedded with
libgda and fails because some code in a #ifdef HAVE_SQLITE section
calls a macro with the wrong number of args.

Here's an excerpt showing the problem...

The lastest from http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/libgda/3.99
(libgda-3.99.8) still has the same error.
