[gnome-db] Win32 binaries of Libgda

Hi!

I've released the first set of Win32 binaries of Libgda at http://www.gnome.org/~vivien/.
If some have Win32 machines, I'd be pleased to have a feedback.

The binaries are numbered 3.99.5 which has not yet been released, the reason is that they are made by the current SVN trunk code which has this version number.
