[gnome-db] MySQL, Oracle and LDAP providers broken due to missing gda_data_model_get_command_text().

There is currently no gda_data_model_get_command_text() implementation,
and the previous implementation can no longer work. Therefore the MySQL,
Oracle and LDAP providers cannot be expected to work, because they call
an unimplemented function:
