[gnome-db] libgda 3.0.0: missing tools/ manpages

Looks like tools/gda-config-tool-3.0.1 and tools/gda-config-3.0.5 were
left out of the libgda-3.0.0 tarball.  This causes make errors when
building if BUILD_CONFIG_TOOL is true.
