[gnome-db] 3.0 Release

Hi!

I've set libgda's and libgnomedb's version to 3.0.0 in SVN, so the 3.0
release is now very close: if nobody objects to it, I'll do the
release tomorrow.

As a side note, I've added some new pages to the
http://www.gnome-db.org wiki (which now correctly displays images),
and among all a new TODO page to track future improvements. Fell free
to improve/correct those pages.
