[gnome-db] libgda and libgnomedb API documentation

I have uploaded current versions of the libgda and libgnomedb gtk-doc
documentation. I'd really like this to be uploaded fairly regularly to
somewhere on the www.gnome-db.org site. It's too much good information
to be wasted.

There's no guarantee that these URLs will stay alive, or that the
documentation here will stay up to date:
