[gnome-db] Update of GdaValue port to GValue

At the moment, I finish the port of GdaValue to GValue, and have a lot
of modifications, but not in the API of GdaValue; for the moment it's
transparent.

If there are any one accessing to the data in a GdaValue not using the
API, may is time to change it (of course if the patch is accepted :-)

I'm trying to test the port using libgda 1.2.1 (becouse a problem with
CVS, my machine is behind a proxy), but becouse there is not any
change in the API, I hope it will work with out problems...
