[gnome-db] Can't Freeze API!!!!!

Please tell me about the changes in the headers, that *must* be
changed to follow the conventions of GLib.

This changes, are about the use of IS_GNOME_DB_* instead
GNOME_DB_IS_*, where * is the name of an object.

Please tell me about. I don't find any reference about a previous
conversation about this item.
