hmm, are you using the --prefix when calling autogen.sh/configure? It
seems to me jhbuild would pass the correct --prefix=/opt/gnome2 (which
is where all of jhbuild compiled things are being installed in your
system, I guess) to auto/configure. So either your libtool is broken,
which might be, since mine is also when using jhbuild in the last few
days, or we have something broken in out setup. Although latest CVS HEAD
seems to compile and install correctly for me.
