[gnome-db] BUG: in PostgreSQL provider in GDA 1.1.99

The  gda_data_model_get_n_rows fails when use the
PostgreSQL provider gda_postgres_recordset_get_n_rows.

I saw that may is missign a:

g_return_val_if_fail(GDA_IS_DATA_MODEL(model), 0);

in the gda_postgres_recordset_get_n_rows function.
