[gnome-db] Example to see the New GnomeDbCombo and some chages in GnomeDbForm

In this example you must have a data base with unless
two tables:

1rs with the fields:
 'numero' (as primary key) 
 'name' (descripcion)

2dn with the fields:
 'numero' (the same value as numero before)
 'publication_date'
and other's (in my case a I have 6 fiels)

The application use the gnome_db_combo as a 'Quick
Search', when you change the selection the other forms
chages too and vice versa.
