[gnome-db] make install of libgda-1.1.6 on alpha-dec_osf / Tru64 V5.1B

I'm not much of an expert, but I had to add:

"mkinstalldirs = $(SHELL) $(top_srcdir)/mkinstalldirs"

to /..../libgda-1.1.6/po/Makefile after 'configure'-ing before 'make
install' would work.  Functional Makefile attached (see line 27).  Hope
this helps...
