[gnome-db] 1.2 branch

Hi

I wanted to release 1.2 this weekend because I'm leaving on holidays for
a couple of weeks tomorrow. So, since I had no time, I am postponing it.

I've created a release-1-2-branch on both libgda and libgnomedb, so now
you can commit as you want on HEAD. For the release-1-2-branch, please
don't commit anything unless it's really a critical bug and the patch
has been accepted by Vivien.

Once I come back, the first thing I'll do is to release 1.2, I
promise :)
