[gnome-db] libgda and freetds error

I put a bug report #139800 on bugs.gnome. I hope that was the right
place. With freetds .62 there was a change in tds_process_result_tokens
and now has a third parameter and results in a make error.
Would it just be NULL for that parameter? It was in two files in the
freetds provider subdir.
