[gnome-db] important bugs

Hi

There are 2 critical bugs that need fixing before we make the relase.
They are both crashes, so hence the critical stuff. They are:

Vivien, could you have a look at the first one? It seems to be related
to mergeant, since the same table works perfectly in the old gnome-db
(as is said on the bug report).

I'll take care of the second one. Although I'd really appreciate if
somebody with an oracle db to est with could debug the problem further.
