Nope,  the "%define ver" parameter was the only occurance of 0.11.0

[root lnx01688 root]# cd /usr/src/redhat
[root lnx01688 redhat]# cd SPECS
[root lnx01688 SPECS]# grep 11 mergeant.spec
Group:          X11/GNOME/Applications
[root lnx01688 SPECS]#
