hi all, i think that we should to try to use dev cpp to compile the library
.

the are a lot of packages ( header and sources sets).
for glib2, gtk2, i18n, and libxml2
i think the only package not supported is libxslt.
so we have only to create the package for libxslt and the mingw makefile,
and the binaries will be cygwin independent.
