[gnome-db] gda_init() in main.c for providers

	Hi!

	I've seen that the file name of the servers has changed and now
	they are called  '*-2' (i.e., gda-postgres-srv-2).

	In main.c, the call to gda_init() still use the old name
	("gda-postgres-srv") as the first argument. Shouldn't it be
	"gda-xxxxxx-srv-2"?
