Where is this gODBCConfig tool? Is it for gtk 1.x? If there is no gtk 2.0
version, can we port it to gtk 2.0? I looked on the www.unixodbc.org and
www.iodbc.org web sites and I couldn't find it.
I believe you said the gODBCConfig tools is like the ODBC Sources wizard
found on Windows. This is what I want to use.
Is it in cvs?
The odbcinst tool looks hard to use. When i think of this tool, i envision
a medievial device used to torture poor souls... Ok. Its not that bad...

well, that driver manager has been present in unixODBC for years, AFAIR,
so it's not a big news. Although, of course, it's very nice to have it
advertised on IBM web sites.
In fact, that gODBCConfig tool is all entirely made in a separated
widget that we were using in gnome-db some time ago (the unixODBC guys
did it for us :-), before we removed the providers configuration
controls.
So, I think this mail from Dan could start again the discussion on
re-adding the admin interfaces to libgda/libgnomedb. What people think
about it?
cheers
