yes, libgnomedbcomponents does no longer exist in gnome-db, it was
merged some time ago with libgnomedb.

So, the solution would be to obtain a more recent version of glade which
works with latest gnome-db. I don't know if there is such a version for
mandrake, sorry.

Anyway, I think you'll have to remove glade and libglade-gnomedb,
install gnome-db, and then install again glade and libglade-gnomedb
