RC1 is due for the 14th march, which is in 2 days from now, and at that
time, I will close the
release-0-2-3-branch (by adding a file whch says not to check in more
changes to that branch). At
that time, we'll make the final 0.2.3, which will be sent, as a tarball,
to the gnome-1.4 release team.
Then, our job will be to make binary packages that compile with that
RC1, and then, again, do
packages when the final GNOME 1.4 is out.

BTW, do you think the Spanish translations will be ready before the
14th?
