[gnome-db]New components at bugzilla.gnome.org

I have create all the components inside gnome-db & libgda that I think
we have, please visit bugzilla's home page at GNOME and tell us if you
think that we need a new component to be added.

P.S.: Also, I think that we must move all tha actual bugs to its correct
