[gnome-db]make problems ...

'allo,

    I just downloaded gnome-db and libgda and started to build
    libgda.  The make runs fine,  after I installed the missing -dev
    packages.  But during install,  it is looking for something called
    db2html for converting some of the documentation from SGML to
    HTML. 

    where do i find this db2html program ?  what package is it a part
    of ?
