This is a widget provided by the unixODBC project which implemented the
typical ODBC driver manager as found on Windows. It's used for the
config component part (which is a Bonobo component which just has the
ODBC driver manager inserted on it), so for the moment forget about it.

There is some documentation and links about autoconf/automake in
