first Gda_XmlQuery object preview

Hi all!

I've made a preview of the Gda_XmlQuery object. It can only treat the SELECT
queries, and not the GROUP BY, ORDER BY, etc stuff.

There is an example included, so you can test it. Have a look at the .h file to
see what the API is and how to use it.

Tell me what you think of it before I continue to implement it.
