Hi all!

I've almost done the name changes. So, now, for the non-GNOME part, the
API remains the same, that is gda_*. For UI applications and components,
the libraries are now libgnomedb and libgnomedbcomponents, instead of
libgda-client-ui and libgda-components. Also, you must change all
"#include <gda-ui.h>" to "#include <gnome-db.h>".

I've also fixed the gda-config script, so it should work now with the
new names.
