oaf!!!!

Hi all!

I've had a very productive weekend and I've made the providers work with
OAF!!! There are still some small problems, but for the moment they do
work quite well. 

I've installed bonobo-with-oaf on my machine, so I won't be testing
gnome-db with GORBA, so please, tell me any problems you may find when
compiling/running, since I've made a load of changes to several files.

Next, the bonobo components with OAF!
