In fact I think it is better not to have that 'allfields' element, but put all
the fields in the query (also easier to do some manipulations since ALL is in
the tree), so forget about it :)

The distinction between functions and aggregates is there to the GROUP BY. But
aren't some cases where the group attribute could be necessary?
