maybe... I don't remember having this problem when I tried to compile
gnome-db,
and I also had a rpm based gnome installation.
Anyway, the file in question is not listed in the gnome-libs rpm,
but it comes with the tarball...
Here comes the script so that you can try again...
but maybe you'd better try to install from the tarball
(I can sent it to you if you like, I don't now because don' t want to
overload any mailbox)
