+Since it's difficult currently to implement this, I propose to
+start only one instance of the component (as it's done now) BUT with
+locale-related vars of the invoking process. Even this will solve a lot of
+problems because most of the time the components are used by only one
+process (e.g. evolution), and that mostly powerusers use locale different
