 I thought that gtkmozembed provides a signal that is called when tip needs to
be displayed, and that *galeon* draws the tip (since it uses gtk theme and gtk
theme's fonts). Otherwise the tip would look exactly the same in mozilla and
galeon.
 It seems that gtkmozembed already supplies a mess to galeon, but I failed to
find any signal in gtkmozembed that looks like requesting tooltip display.
