Hello

i am pretty sure you all understand very well my main argument 

if this list is focused on cyrillization then the language used should
be
be the common denominator for all the interested parties 
as you know this language (among the interested in cyrillic) is english
and not russian

having a "private" discussion in your language is no good for all the 
other people interested in this, hence it fails the list purpose
(i am well aware that many people, including me, can understand and
even express themselves in russian, but thats not the point here) 

as for all your other arguments i can fully agree, more work is needed 
and i am as sorry as you are that very little people (currenty  only
russian ;)
share their time and efforts for the good of us all

again, i am sorry, my first mail was just picking on you (written in
cp1251, 
in the currently broken evo which says iso8859-1, and in a language not
appropriate for the list), but i think i am raising a valid point
