 Насчет этой баги - я думаю что надо закрыть этот багрепорт и открыть
багрепорт 'need a way to give quoted-printable a priority over base64 as CTE 
for messages being sent'.
 И вроде Эво поддерживает 2 транспорта для отправки-  smtp и sendmail. Ты
какой юзаешь? Можешь попробовать другой из 2х (вдруг пронесет)?
