Then it could work that if at least Mandrake 9.2 (as Rhoslyn posted a screenshot earlier this month) as a commercial offering of a Welsh desktop available in Wales got more exposure, then that's it, Microsoft would be getting unfair funding. (?) Phew!

Even a minor Welsh distribution would help. At that point the assembly

A long time ago the WDA actually had to kill a roadshow it had planned
for setting up a funded Welsh ISP to kickstart Internet in welsh
business because a commercial company offering that existed. Even though
it was planned for, budgetted for and designed...
