[gnome-cy]Idea for first translation

We vaguely discussed which app would be a good one to start our
translation forays with at the SWLUG meeting last week. I've just had
the perfect idea of which app we should do first - it has to be, really:

GTranslator :)

(assuming it's not already been translated, of course - I've not
checked)
