Thoughts on GNOME Continuous improvements

We're at the GNOME Summit now, and I have some open topics I'd like to share
(and while I had this mail open we started talking about it)

 - Status of hwtest - it's adding some overhead, is it being used?  Owen says it's
   not running right now
 - Unifying build system with xdg-app;  Continuous is not production, xdg-app wants to be
   Need to build Continuous-style runtime
   (This is a big discussion)
 - Installed tests state transition; after each installed tests run, report on which tests
   started failing
